About You

We are currently looking to expand our sales team in our Edmonton office and have an exciting opportunity for passionate, results driven, self-motivated sales professional. To be successful in this position you must be a creative and innovative thinker and possess the following skills and experience: Professional sales experience, excellent presentation skills, good communication and interpersonal skills. We are looking for someone to develop new business within existing accounts as well as new accounts.


Role Overview 

Reporting to the Director of Sales, the incumbent is responsible for achieving maximum sales, profitability, growth and account penetration within the Digital Print and Imaging Business Unit within Alberta.

Key Results

  • Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization's products/services.
  • Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
  • Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
  • Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
  • Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
  • Creates and manages a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities.
  • Plans and organizes personal sales strategy
  • Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.



  • High school diploma or GED is a requirement.
  • Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset. 

Skills and Experience

  • Passionate about sales / Possess the “Hunter” mentality.
  • Demonstrate solid judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Strong ability to remain organized and manage multiple projects and duties
  • Strong fluency in English written and verbal skills is a requirement.
  • Exceptional customer service ethic is displayed in the passion for the work.. 
  • A quick and a creative thinker
  • Energetic and enthusiastic
  • A proven sales background in digital print is preferred.
  • Proficient in the standard suite of office software
