Inti Restaurant Crowned YYC's Hidden Gem

West Canadian and Orange Door Direct are thrilled to unveil Calgary's Crowned Hidden Gem—Inti Restaurant. Inti encapsulates the flavours of modern South American cooking by mixing fresh ingredients with classic culinary techniques in new and exciting ways. And now, Inti's decor envelopes that same modern, Peruvian flare.

At Inti, every plate becomes a culinary journey. At West Canadian, every sign becomes a story. Orange Door Direct chose a bold, clean look and peppered in Peruvian colours, patterns and imagery to tell Inti's story.

Bar Door

This is more than a bar, it's a conversation starter. We mixed unique brushed aluminum with a classic Peruvian pattern cutout to create a beautiful, functional sliding panel that hides speakers and stereo equipment for the sound system.

Bar Panel

You can't miss the bold feel of Inti with this panel. Using a clear acrylic cutout in a vibrant red, we turned the back bar into a show piece. This branded panel is hiding a fridge from the dining area—but all you see is Inti.

Exterior Sign

Anything is possible when you look this good. With the new branded logo, we designed a hard-to-miss exterior vinyl sign on lexcon. This piece is clean, bright and still communicates what diners can expect from Inti.
inti restaurant floor graphics

Floor Graphics

We've peppered unique and long lasting floor graphics throughout Inti to immerse guests in their dining experience. These floor graphics create eye-catching tiles of varying textures and colours that pop.

Menus and Table Toppers

In order to keep these menus beautiful we used synthetic paper—waterproof and easy to clean for a great first impression. Table toppers on wooden stands give added visual appeal to the tables while informing guests of the dessert and drink selection.

Photo Canvas

We took the lead from Inti, who is known for showcasing authentic artifacts, and kicked it up a notch. We created stand out photo canvas' that compliment these one-of-a-kind pieces and are pieces of art in and of themselves.

Wall Designs

We've taken elements of Peruvian culture and transformed them to create a beautiful wall space. We created a larger than life graphic of a llama sitting in front of Manchu Picchu, an iconic view in Peru, using wall decals. Adding some fun to the bold dining area—and giving a nod to Inti's famous rostisere chickent—is a giant rooster. Over the buffet area we used scribe laminate that can be written on and changed as needed to guide visitors through the buffet selections.

inti restaurant window graphics

With large bay windows, we took the opportunity to show off Inti to the outside world, while still offering diners a view with privacy. In comes laminated, perforated vinyl window graphics, which set the stage with bold colours and glimpses of Peruvian artifacts. These vinyl pieces have 2 important functions of privacy and visibility—what a great way to have these windows transformed into invitation to see what's inside.
